About Rivera's Tires
Located at 2121 Old Gladewater Hwy, Tyler, TX 75702, Rivera's Tires operates as an used tire shop serving Tyler in Texas. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
In Tyler, a plug or patch repair usually takes under half an hour without an appointment, while a full set of tires with alignment is best booked ahead. Compare the out-the-door price across shops in Texas, since installation fees vary more than the tires themselves. Keep the receipt: the tire warranty and any road-hazard coverage are tied to it. Check the listing for hours, whether the shop handles truck or trailer tires, and its Google rating before you drive over on a spare.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. On most of those days it is open 7:30 am–6:30 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Rivera's Tires at (903) 312-5581; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.6 out of 5 from 49 reviews, which is a strong result for an used tire shop in Tyler and suggests consistent service.
Tyler is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Traffic in Tyler peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Fastest tire shop I’ve ever been in. Literally got my tires rotated under 10 minutes. Mind you I do this a handful of times a year and averages anywhere from 30-45 minutes(with no wait). These guys had me out in 12 minutes flat. Customer service is also top tier. I’ll definitely be back for any tire needs.

We did originally love going to rivera, I trusted him for my tire. My tire lasted about a month then it popped off the rim, we didn't hit anything, and we didn't tamper with anything, I thought it was gonna be great and id have a new friend and be a customer, but as of right now I'm very disappointed 😞☹️, rivera let me down and I think they should offer either A(a newish tire due to the faulty one that was given, or B(A REFUND FOR THE ONE WE HAVE AND FIX IT, I EXPECTED BETTER RIVERA, I REALLY DID AND MY WIFE THOUGHT YOU WERE SO AWESOME FOR THE 5 MINS LATER you stayed. But now, DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE, WE ARE STRANDED AT 1:51 AM JUNE 19TH 2026,

I had a 5 star rating for this tire shop, it was the only shop I came to because they stayed open until 6:30 (I get off work at 6:15), offered fair prices and very well done work. Unfortunately I called to set up an appointment and the guy told me to come, but when I did he was gone. I told him that for now I'd be going to another shop but that I'd be returning in the future, but he told me not to come back. I still recommend him, he's a professional at what he does, but the communication lacks.
